Hi, we are Naz & Thomas - two friends from Berlin
We met over 10 years ago and built most of our friendship around food, travel, and chasing new flavors.
Tortmann started with Thomas’s carrot cake, the one everyone kept asking for but almost no one wanted to bake from scratch.
So we turned that idea into modern baking mixes: simple steps, a few fresh ingredients, and cakes & cookies you’re genuinely proud to put on the table.
We launched our first batch last October to test the idea and gather feedback. Now we’re working on the relaunch with improved recipes, a new design, and a few more surprises.
